Smoothie bowl:
Ingredients

½ frozen banana

½ dl frozen mango

2 tsp Skin Therapy

½ dl Greek yogurt

½ dl water
Instructions

Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until creamy and smooth—add a splash more water if needed to get your desired texture.

Pour into a bowl and get ready to top with your homemade granola.
Granola:
Ingredients

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp coconut oil
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ dl water
-
1 ½ dl pumpkin seeds

1 ½ dl sunflower seeds

2 dl rolled oats
-
1 dl coconut flakes
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, salt, and water until melted and smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, and coconut flakes.

Pour the warm liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to coat.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake for about 50 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.

Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
To Serve:
Top your smoothie bowl with a generous handful of the granola, maybe a few slices of fresh fruit, and a drizzle of almond butter.
